This year so far…

I am now going to be typing some things that most people know, so you may want to skip over this entry. I don’t want to leave out important things that has happened in my life as I want to look back on this in a couple of years time and read about the good times. ,,/

So this year, thanks to Twitter and Marty Neill, I have been on placement in a rockstar web design company called No More Art. I could write forever about this place, so I’m going to keep it short and sweet. Basically, everyone in this office are thee nicest guys EVER. Totally not just saying that. It makes me so happy to be part of this company for the year. Not only have a learnt so much, but I’ve laughed so much and shared some really good times with the guys. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed/still enjoying my placement here more than University itself. IMD is extremely backward. Not sorry.

With No More Art moving office to the Marquis Building in Adelaide street, I was very fortunate to meet Andy McMillian (Andy Good) who runs the co-working space (Core) directly next door. He’s a bit of a legend in general and on the Internets. Rockstar and a half. Furthermore, Andy has created one of the best design conferences in history. Only nerds will be reading this blog so everyone will know what Build is. No point in explaining. Just visit the sexy website.

This year saw my third anniversary with Aaron face. I really don’t know what I would do without him! We traveled to Florida this year for the third time also. West Coast…that’s how we roll.

Lastly I am going to mention my IMD buddies for being awesome. Just want to say I miss the banter and I miss the kebabs you used to stick on my bag whilst I walk around being oblivious to it. Barbs it’s weird how I see you more when you’ve left IMD. You are awesome and this year I’m thankful that your a best friend.
